Nová Myslivna: We are starting the New Year with full commitment and hard work

With the arrival of January, we are entering a new year that, for the Nová Myslivna project, is marked by the smooth continuation of construction works. While the calendar has turned to a new chapter, progress on site is certainly not slowing down – quite the opposite. The first weeks of the year confirm that the project is proceeding according to plan and moving into further key stages.
Space takes shape and scale
The start of internal plastering is one of the first moments when the apartments can be perceived as more than just technical spaces. Rooms become enclosed, proportions are clearly defined, and individual apartments begin to reveal their character.
Interiors prepared for technology and comfort
At the same time, work continues on the internal technical installations. Electrical wiring, water supply, ventilation and other systems are being positioned in their final locations to create a functional and comfortable environment for future residents. This is a phase that may not be immediately visible, yet it has a crucial impact on the overall quality of living.
Daylight as an integral part of the interior
The installation of windows and doors allows the apartments to be experienced in natural daylight for the first time. Interiors open up towards the exterior, showing how they will function in everyday life – from morning light to evening atmosphere.
Architecture brings the whole together
While the first residential spaces are taking shape inside, work on the building’s roof structures continues as well. The completion of the roof above the restaurant closes the upper part of the building and reinforces the overall architectural concept of the project.
We have started the new year at Nová Myslivna with a clear goal – to maintain momentum, quality and a smooth progression of works. Each new month brings us closer to the completion of a project that will offer modern living in a truly unique location.

We are currently finishing the top floor of the reinforced concrete structure, which also features the architectural highlight of the entire complex—a restaurant elegantly situated on the roof of the building. The Nová Myslivna project is entering the phase in which its actual architecture is beginning to emerge from its shell. As the reinforced concrete skeleton grows and work begins on filling the building’s openings, i.e., windows and doors, the building is gradually taking on its future appearance.
