The Nová Myslivna project is entering the phase in which its actual architecture is beginning to emerge from its shell. As the reinforced concrete skeleton grows and work begins on filling the building’s openings, i.e., windows and doors, the building is gradually taking on its future appearance.
The facade will soon be adorned with the first window frames and door panels. Thanks to this, the final appearance of the individual units and the entire building will gradually begin to take shape.
Inside the building, intensive work is also underway on the distribution of all technical installations—water, heating, sewerage, ventilation, air-conditioning, and electrical installations, including smart home technology. The foundations for modern and comfortable living are thus firmly in place.
Work is also steadily progressing on the model apartment, which will allow those interested in living in Nová Myslivna to see for themselves the high standards that have been chosen. It should be ready for viewings in the fall.

For now, only dozens of people working on the construction of the new Myslivna are enjoying this view – we have completed the rough roof structure of the rooftop restaurant, which will offer a panoramic view of Brno’s landmarks, including Špilberk Castle, Petrov, and the Brno Exhibition Centre. In the lower floors, the surrounding nature is already beginning to reflect in the glazed surfaces. Work continues both inside and outside.
