Nová Myslivna—Construction Is Reaching Its Highest Phase

We are currently finishing the top floor of the reinforced concrete structure, which also features the architectural highlight of the entire complex—a restaurant elegantly situated on the roof of the building. This striking part of the project hints at how unique the character of the entire place will be.
Windows and large-format HS portals are being installed on the facades, gradually enclosing the building and giving it its final shape. At the same time, work continues on the interior partition walls, thanks to which the individual spaces of the apartments and common areas are beginning to take shape.
Work on the building services engineering technical equipment distributions (BSE) is also continuing at full speed—electrical wiring, heating, water, sewage, and ventilation systems are gradually being connected into a functional whole.
Every day, Nová Myslivna is increasingly coming into its final appearance, which makes it a place where technical precision is combined with architectural elegance.

While the calendar has turned to a new chapter, progress on site is certainly not slowing down – quite the opposite. The first weeks of the year confirm that the project is proceeding according to plan and moving into further key stages.

The Nová Myslivna project is entering the phase in which its actual architecture is beginning to emerge from its shell. As the reinforced concrete skeleton grows and work begins on filling the building’s openings, i.e., windows and doors, the building is gradually taking on its future appearance.
