Nová Myslivna: The Last Crane on Site

With December comes not only the end of the year, but also another milestone in the construction of the Nová Myslivna project. The build is progressing at a steady pace, and the past few weeks have brought a significant change worth noting.
🏗️ The Site Skyline Is Changing – Only One Crane Remains
We are gradually dismantling the construction cranes that have dominated the site throughout the year. Only the last crane now remains, clearly indicating that the main structural works are nearing completion. It is a symbolic moment — the machinery that helped raise the entire structure is now making way for the next stages of construction.
🍽️ Restaurant Load-Bearing Structure Nearing Completion
Work continues on the load-bearing structure of the future restaurant located above the main building. This architecturally distinctive feature is approaching completion and is increasingly revealing the future appearance of the entire complex.
🏡 Roof and Terrace Works Continue
We are carrying out roof and terrace build-ups that protect the building and prepare it for subsequent technologies and surface finishes.
🔲 Window and Door Installation Continues
Installation and glazing of external windows and doors is progressing in individual sections. Windows and doors are gradually enclosing the building and allowing interior works to continue as planned.
⚙️ Technical Installations Underway Inside
Inside the buildings, we continue with the installation of:
- electrical systems
- water installations
- ventilation
- air conditioning
- cooling systems
These systems form the technical heart of the building and are preparing the space for the next phases of interior works in 2026.

Nová Myslivna—Construction Is Reaching Its Highest Phase
We are currently finishing the top floor of the reinforced concrete structure, which also features the architectural highlight of the entire complex—a restaurant elegantly situated on the roof of the building. This striking part of the project hints at how unique the character of the entire place will be.

The Structural System is Almost Complete. Windows and Doors are Being Prepared.
The Nová Myslivna project is entering the phase in which its actual architecture is beginning to emerge from its shell. As the reinforced concrete skeleton grows and work begins on filling the building’s openings, i.e., windows and doors, the building is gradually taking on its future appearance.
