April at Nová Myslivna follows the pace of the previous months and confirms the steady progress of the entire construction. Work continues both in the interior and exterior, with individual parts of the project naturally developing and coming together.

The skyline of the city of Brno gained a new landmark just a few months ago. From the wooded ridge stretching above the Svratka River almost to the city center, the silhouette of the residential building Nová Myslivna has emerged. The project offers unique living literally within sight of the historic city core, while ensuring complete privacy in the middle of a centuries-old forest. This exclusive combination is further enhanced by the exceptional standard of construction. With its concept, it stands out from the flood of developer projects not only literally, but also figuratively. You won’t find a project like this anywhere else in Central Europe.

For now, only dozens of people working on the construction of the new Myslivna are enjoying this view – we have completed the rough roof structure of the rooftop restaurant, which will offer a panoramic view of Brno’s landmarks, including Špilberk Castle, Petrov, and the Brno Exhibition Centre. In the lower floors, the surrounding nature is already beginning to reflect in the glazed surfaces. Work continues both inside and outside.

What was decisive for us was primarily the combination of long-standing experience, Czech production, and a strong focus on quality materials and precise craftsmanship.
