Once the apartment has been reserved, the buyer pays 20% of the purchase price. The remaining 80% is only due once the property has received its final approval and the apartment has been handed over. This means there is ample time between reserving the apartment and paying the remaining balance to arrange your financing well in advance.

Construction of Nová Myslivna is progressing according to schedule, with new elements gradually being added to the building and shaping its final appearance. In recent weeks, the most noticeable changes have been taking place on the façade, while work on the terraces has also continued.

13,000 m³ of concrete. It is a figure that is easy enough to read, but much harder to visualise. So what does that amount actually look like? Almost the same volume of concrete was used for the reinforced concrete foundation slab of the Burj Khalifa skyscraper. The figure of 13,000 therefore represents a scale that may not be immediately apparent when looking at a construction site. But the number itself tells only part of the story.
