Green roofs, terraces, cladding and new doors. October brought a wide range of construction activities to Nová Myslivna, with work progressing simultaneously across both the exterior and interior of the development. While some of the changes are immediately visible, others deserve a closer look.
Green Roofs Take Shape
Work on the green roofs began in October. More than just an aesthetic feature, they offer a range of practical benefits. They help retain rainwater and slow runoff, supporting more effective stormwater management. During the hot summer months, the vegetation also helps reduce heat build-up on roof surfaces.
Meanwhile, work continued on terrace build-ups and façades, alongside the installation of external railings.
Czech Design Finds Its Place Indoors
Plastering, flooring, wall and floor tiles, and painting were all part of the interior finishing works carried out throughout October. The installation of doors and railings also continued.
The project’s interiors feature products by HANÁK, a renowned Czech brand specialising in bespoke furniture and interior doors. For wall and floor finishes, we have selected products from premium manufacturers, where quality craftsmanship and everyday practicality are just as important as appearance.
And What About the Work You Can’t See?
Alongside the finishing works, teams continued installing and completing electrical systems, water supply and drainage, ventilation and air conditioning. Progress was also made on the lifts and the technical systems for the future wellness area.
