When is the remaining balance due? And how much time do you have to arrange your financing? At Nová Myslivna, the process is designed to be straightforward. Once the apartment has been reserved, the buyer pays 20% of the purchase price. The remaining 80% is only due once the property has received its final approval and the apartment has been handed over. This means there is ample time between reserving the apartment and paying the remaining balance to arrange your financing well in advance.
Time matters when buying a property
Buying an apartment is rarely a decision made overnight, particularly when a mortgage is part of the financing.
The 20/80 payment model means that once the apartment has been reserved, there is no need to arrange the full purchase price straight away. The time that follows can be used to prepare both your own funds and mortgage financing.
Clients can also take advantage of financing options available through partner banks.
So it is not simply a matter of splitting the purchase price into two payments. What really matters is the time in between.
From construction site to new home
Meanwhile, Nová Myslivna is gradually taking its final shape. Construction is progressing according to the planned schedule, with completion and final approval of the project expected in mid-2027.
After that comes the moment future residents are already looking forward to – the handover of their individual apartments.
This is also when the remaining part of the purchase price becomes due.
