With each passing month, it becomes easier to see how the entire project at Nová Myslivna is taking shape. Work continues on the exterior of the building, while significant progress is also being made inside. Technical installations are being completed, work on the shared spaces is moving forward, and the lifts are gradually being installed. The first interiors are also starting to offer a clearer picture of what life at Nová Myslivna will look like.
The lifts are now reaching the individual floors
One of the most visible developments in September is the installation of the lifts. Two of the five lifts are now installed and operating in construction mode, while the remaining three are gradually being completed. This is another clear sign that the project is moving into its next phase, with the individual parts of the building increasingly coming together as one fully functioning whole.
Work continues in the apartments and shared spaces
Inside the building, work is continuing on internal plastering, screed floors and MEP installations. While some of these works are gradually being completed in the apartments, progress is also being made throughout the shared spaces.
Technical installations are among the elements that will be almost invisible in the finished interiors, yet they play a crucial role in everyday comfort. They ensure the operation of heating, cooling, ventilation, water supply and other building systems.
The future wellness area enters its next phase
Progress is not limited to the apartments. The technical systems on the roofs are being completed, and installation of the equipment for the future wellness area is also getting underway.
The space, which is still very much a construction site today, is gradually being prepared for its future purpose. The wellness area will be one of the features that adds another level of comfort to living at Nová Myslivna.
The show apartment has changed once again
And finally, we are heading to the show apartment to show you how much it has changed since our last visit.
More features and finishing details have been added. With the doors, bathrooms and individual room layouts now taking shape, it is becoming much easier to imagine what the interiors at Nová Myslivna will look and feel like when complete.
The project is still very much in progress, but step by step, what was once simply a construction site is becoming a real home interior.

13,000 m³ of concrete. It is a figure that is easy enough to read, but much harder to visualise. So what does that amount actually look like? Almost the same volume of concrete was used for the reinforced concrete foundation slab of the Burj Khalifa skyscraper.
