We focused on our foundation, quite literally. By the end of the month, we were done preparing the ceiling of the 1st floor for concrete layering.
Thanks to the ideal weather in November, construction work went smoothly and we were actually slightly ahead of schedule. A third tower crane was added to the site.
We also finished the shafts and all other elements below the first underground floor, and continued layering concrete onto the foundation. We also layered concrete on the perimeter monolithic walls of the underground floor. We now know that the entire base plate will be finished by Christmas.

Nová Myslivna—Construction Is Reaching Its Highest Phase
We are currently finishing the top floor of the reinforced concrete structure, which also features the architectural highlight of the entire complex—a restaurant elegantly situated on the roof of the building. This striking part of the project hints at how unique the character of the entire place will be.

The Nová Myslivna project is entering the phase in which its actual architecture is beginning to emerge from its shell. As the reinforced concrete skeleton grows and work begins on filling the building’s openings, i.e., windows and doors, the building is gradually taking on its future appearance.
