This time, we interviewed Petr Strejček, operations director at RUBY Project Management s.r.o., in charge of project management, at the Nová Myslivna construction site.
“We’re part of the investor’s team, since they lacked someone to do these jobs. We oversee the technical side of things for the investor and our construction managers check how the work is progressing. We prepare tenders for various suppliers, manage prices, and last but not least we have a security expert who can set safety standards at the construction site together with suppliers,” explains Strejček. “From the very beginning, the investor decided that the project will be prepared in BIM, which has made coordination at the site and future facility management very easy,” he adds.
