Work on the Supporting Structure is Halfway Through

June
2025

The construction of Nová Myslivna is continuing at a fast pace and each month new milestones are met. Here, we bring you a summary of the latest progress on site in recent weeks.

In June, we’re finishing the ceilings above the 3rd floor – four out of seven floors are now done and the construction of the supporting structure has moved into the second phase.

At the same time, the internal staircase connecting the individual floors is being concreted. On the lower floors, the first interior partitions and linings of the residential units are already being built - the concrete shape of the future apartments is beginning to emerge.

Work on the technical infrastructure of the site isn’t lagging behind. We’ve completed the construction of the gas and water pipelines, and are currently installing large-capacity retention tanks that will be used to collect rainwater - we plan to use it efficiently within the entire complex.

Thank you for following the development of the project. We’ll be sharing more news with you shortly.

So you're not out of the loop

What Lies Behind 13,000 m³ of Concrete?

13,000 m³ of concrete. It is a figure that is easy enough to read, but much harder to visualise. So what does that amount actually look like? Almost the same volume of concrete was used for the reinforced concrete foundation slab of the Burj Khalifa skyscraper. The figure of 13,000 therefore represents a scale that may not be immediately apparent when looking at a construction site. But the number itself tells only part of the story.

The New Definition of Luxury? A Home That Gives You More Time, Greater Peace of Mind, and a Better Everyday Life

Until recently, the quality of a home was judged primarily by its layout, size, views and the materials used throughout the property. Today, however, the definition of premium living is evolving. Increasingly, what matters most is how a home makes you feel every single day. Across the residential property sector, the concept of wellness real estate is becoming ever more prominent. It goes far beyond simply incorporating wellness facilities into a development. Instead, it reflects a holistic approach to living—one that encourages relaxation, supports an active lifestyle, provides privacy, strengthens the connection with nature, and creates a genuine sense of comfort and security.
