Construction Work in April and May

May
2025

Construction is sticking to the schedule and the Nová Myslivna project is growing right before our very eyes. Many important things have taken place in the last weeks and work is going full speed ahead. The views of Brno that are emerging on each floor are quite simply breathtaking.

In April, we completed the load-bearing reinforced concrete structure of the second floor and began to finish the interior walls. At the same time, we commenced work on the distribution of utility networks, which in the future will connect the entire site to infrastructure—electricity, water, and other services.

We got a lot more done in May and are currently building the third floor, while starting on the brickwork of the residential units on the lower floors. The installation of utilities in the area, specifically sewerage, water mains, and gas lines, is ongoing.

The views of Brno and its surrounding landscape that can already be enjoyed from the emerging building are truly impressive. Future residents and visitors of the restaurant with a roof terrace will have something special to look forward to. Below, you can view some photographs of what the site looks like today. The images speak for themselves. We will continue to document and regularly share what’s new at the site, as well as the panoramic views of the capital of the South Moravian Region.

So you're not out of the loop

What Lies Behind 13,000 m³ of Concrete?

13,000 m³ of concrete. It is a figure that is easy enough to read, but much harder to visualise. So what does that amount actually look like? Almost the same volume of concrete was used for the reinforced concrete foundation slab of the Burj Khalifa skyscraper. The figure of 13,000 therefore represents a scale that may not be immediately apparent when looking at a construction site. But the number itself tells only part of the story.

The New Definition of Luxury? A Home That Gives You More Time, Greater Peace of Mind, and a Better Everyday Life

Until recently, the quality of a home was judged primarily by its layout, size, views and the materials used throughout the property. Today, however, the definition of premium living is evolving. Increasingly, what matters most is how a home makes you feel every single day. Across the residential property sector, the concept of wellness real estate is becoming ever more prominent. It goes far beyond simply incorporating wellness facilities into a development. Instead, it reflects a holistic approach to living—one that encourages relaxation, supports an active lifestyle, provides privacy, strengthens the connection with nature, and creates a genuine sense of comfort and security.
