The sale of the exclusive apartments in the Nová Myslivna residential project is now underway. This first rollout includes 26 units to choose from, with layouts ranging from studios to spacious penthouses.
The residential project is creating apartments with studio to four-bedroom layouts. The first sales phase offers a mix of all these layouts, aimed to satisfy customers ofall ages and stages in life. Compared to similar residential projects, Nová Myslivna’s units boast larger floor areas. The developer is also ready to combine smaller units and create a bigger apartment if requested. While the ground floor apartments will be extended by front gardens, those on the highest floors will come with balconies. The most demanding clients can focus on the exclusive penthouses with sprawling terraces. Parking spaces can be obtained for all units.

The Nová Myslivna project is entering the phase in which its actual architecture is beginning to emerge from its shell. As the reinforced concrete skeleton grows and work begins on filling the building’s openings, i.e., windows and doors, the building is gradually taking on its future appearance.
