Transformation of the Building and Its Surroundings

Construction of Nová Myslivna remains on schedule, with June marking another important milestone. Alongside ongoing interior works, the building envelope is steadily nearing completion, while work has now begun on the external roads and paved areas surrounding the development.

Construction Moves from Structure to Finishing Details

Inside the building, progress continues on internal plastering, subfloor installation and the building services infrastructure. The various trades are working seamlessly in sequence, allowing the project to advance smoothly into the next phase of construction.

One of the key milestones at this stage is the completion of gypsum plastering and subfloors, both of which represent significant progress in the interior fit-out.

The Building Exterior Takes Shape

Substantial progress is also visible on the outside. The roof structures have now been completed, while façade works continue, gradually bringing together the different materials and construction systems that will define the building's final appearance.

Current works include the installation of the external thermal insulation system, aluminium cladding and glazed façades.

Construction Extends Beyond the Building

During June, the site facilities were relocated, making it possible to begin work on the external roads and paved areas. These form the next stage of the wider construction programme and will help shape the future public spaces around the building.

Construction is therefore progressing not only on the building itself but also throughout its immediate surroundings.

Nová Myslivna Enters the Next Phase

June has brought visible progress both inside the building and across the wider site. With the roof structures complete, façades well underway and external landscaping and infrastructure works now in progress, the project continues to move smoothly through the next stages of construction.

Week by week, Nová Myslivna is moving closer to its final form.

What Lies Behind 13,000 m³ of Concrete?

13,000 m³ of concrete. It is a figure that is easy enough to read, but much harder to visualise. So what does that amount actually look like? Almost the same volume of concrete was used for the reinforced concrete foundation slab of the Burj Khalifa skyscraper. The figure of 13,000 therefore represents a scale that may not be immediately apparent when looking at a construction site. But the number itself tells only part of the story.

The New Definition of Luxury? A Home That Gives You More Time, Greater Peace of Mind, and a Better Everyday Life

Until recently, the quality of a home was judged primarily by its layout, size, views and the materials used throughout the property. Today, however, the definition of premium living is evolving. Increasingly, what matters most is how a home makes you feel every single day. Across the residential property sector, the concept of wellness real estate is becoming ever more prominent. It goes far beyond simply incorporating wellness facilities into a development. Instead, it reflects a holistic approach to living—one that encourages relaxation, supports an active lifestyle, provides privacy, strengthens the connection with nature, and creates a genuine sense of comfort and security.

Why Do We Feel Better When We’re Close to Nature? And What Does It Mean for Everyday Living?

When choosing a new home, most of us naturally focus on factors such as layout, floor space, local amenities and transport links. Yet there is another element that has a profound impact on our quality of life, although we often only start to appreciate its importance when it is missing: our connection with nature. It is no coincidence that people consistently seek homes close to parks, woodlands and bodies of water. The environment in which we live influences our mental wellbeing, our ability to relax and unwind, and our overall sense of satisfaction in daily life.
