Moving into the Interiors

November
2025

At the Nová Myslivna construction site, several important milestones have taken place over the past few weeks, allowing us to continue work inside the building at full intensity.

🔒 The Building Is Being Enclosed

At Nová Myslivna, we continue with window installation and roofing works. As a result, the building is gradually being enclosed and gaining the necessary protection against winter weather. This allows interior works to proceed at full speed, regardless of current outdoor conditions.

⚙️ Interior Installations in Full Swing

Inside the building, several trades are working simultaneously.

We are continuing with the installation of utilities:
• electrical systems
• water supply
• heating
• ventilation
• air conditioning

Each system follows its own route and schedule, making the interior a very busy place at the moment.

🍴 Restaurant Structure – Load-Bearing Construction Nearing Completion

The elevated load-bearing structure of the restaurant, which will be located above the main building, is approaching its final phase. This architecturally distinctive element is becoming increasingly visible in the exterior of the project.

🧱 Interior Plastering Has Begun

Work on interior plastering has also started. Thanks to this phase, individual spaces are taking on clear shapes and gradually beginning to resemble their final interior form.

Construction at Nová Myslivna continues at a steady pace. With the building envelope now being closed, most activity is moving indoors, where technical infrastructure and the first finished surfaces are gradually taking shape.

Nová Myslivna has once again taken several visible steps forward.

So you're not out of the loop

Why Do We Feel Better When We’re Close to Nature? And What Does It Mean for Everyday Living?

When choosing a new home, most of us naturally focus on factors such as layout, floor space, local amenities and transport links. Yet there is another element that has a profound impact on our quality of life, although we often only start to appreciate its importance when it is missing: our connection with nature. It is no coincidence that people consistently seek homes close to parks, woodlands and bodies of water. The environment in which we live influences our mental wellbeing, our ability to relax and unwind, and our overall sense of satisfaction in daily life.

“You’re standing on a forest path, and for a moment it feels as though you’ve left Brno behind. Then the trees part, the view opens up, and the city lies beneath you like a map.”

That’s how Suit magazine introduces Nová Myslivna — a project rising above Brno that is far more than just another residential development. It is a place with its own atmosphere, rhythm and character.
