February at Nová Myslivna follows the dynamic start of the new year. Construction works are progressing according to schedule, and the project is gradually moving into a phase where technical precision is being connected with the future appearance of the interiors.
While the installation of internal building systems, roof structures, and window assembly including HS portals is underway on site, future apartment owners still have the opportunity to select standards and request client modifications.
The building is closing in, the interior comes to life with light
The installation of aluminium windows and large-format lift-and-slide HS portals is one of the moments when the building undergoes a significant transformation. Interiors open up to natural daylight and the spaces begin to gain their true atmosphere.
The standard includes aluminium windows with insulating triple glazing, ensuring plenty of daylight along with high thermal and acoustic comfort. HS portals enable barrier-free access to a terrace or garden and highlight the modern architectural character of the building.
The quality of the indoor environment is further supported by external aluminium blinds, which will be part of the apartment equipment. They allow smooth light regulation, help maintain a comfortable indoor temperature, and at the same time preserve the clean appearance of the façade.

The possibility to adjust the final appearance of the apartments within the prepared standards as well as through individual changes remains open.
