Construction of Nová Myslivna Proceeding Rapidly

Not even summer can slow down the fast tempo of work on the Nová Myslivna project, which is coming into clearer view every day. The construction site is now a lively hive of action and progress is visible on a daily basis. Our June important milestones are listed below.
Work on the reinforced concrete structure has reached the penultimate floor. Nová Myslivna will therefore soon reach its final height.
The interiors are also seeing much progress. Inside the building, partition walls are being erected to gradually divide the individual residential units. At the same time, we’re installing technical systems from water, sewerage, and heating, to electrical networks.
These days, the construction site resembles a busy beehive: dozens of professions, hundreds of tasks, and meticulously planned schedules. It may look chaotic from the outside, but inside there is perfectly coordinated order.
We’re also installing utility networks throughout the complex, which will form the backbone for the future comfort of residents and the technological infrastructure of the entire project.
Nová Myslivna is becoming clearer with each passing week. We’re delighted to know that you’re closely following our progress and we’ll be bringing you more news soon.

We are currently finishing the top floor of the reinforced concrete structure, which also features the architectural highlight of the entire complex—a restaurant elegantly situated on the roof of the building. This striking part of the project hints at how unique the character of the entire place will be.

The Nová Myslivna project is entering the phase in which its actual architecture is beginning to emerge from its shell. As the reinforced concrete skeleton grows and work begins on filling the building’s openings, i.e., windows and doors, the building is gradually taking on its future appearance.
