The construction of the Nová Myslivna residential project was inaugurated by the symbolic tapping on the foundation stone by the representatives from INFINITY estate.
Constructionwork began at the beginning of May in a forest park in the Masaryk Grove. Thefinal project will be housing that is unprecedented in Brno. Nová Myslivna willoffer apartments with flexible floor areas that will satisfy the needs ofresidents at all stages of life. The high-standard apartments come withhigh-standard services, from a reception, a relaxation zone with a wellness andfitness area, to a rooftop restaurant with views of the city. Also planned isthe landscaping of the greenery around the bike path, new connections to therich network of local hiking routes, parking spaces for visitors, outdoorsports areas, and a new bus stop.

We are currently finishing the top floor of the reinforced concrete structure, which also features the architectural highlight of the entire complex—a restaurant elegantly situated on the roof of the building. This striking part of the project hints at how unique the character of the entire place will be.

The Nová Myslivna project is entering the phase in which its actual architecture is beginning to emerge from its shell. As the reinforced concrete skeleton grows and work begins on filling the building’s openings, i.e., windows and doors, the building is gradually taking on its future appearance.
