April at Nová Myslivna follows the pace of the previous months and confirms the steady progress of the entire construction. Work continues both in the interior and exterior, with individual parts of the project naturally developing and coming together.
The interior work continues seamlessly
Inside the building, work is ongoing on internal plastering, flooring, and building services installations. Individual trades follow each other smoothly, allowing the construction to progress continuously within this phase.
The exterior is taking on a more defined shape
On the outside of the building, work is underway on the façades, roofs, and window installation. The building envelope is gradually being completed layer by layer.
At the same time, exterior work is also in progress on the restaurant section, which represents the architectural focal point of the project.
Approximately 60% of the complex is already glazed, which is increasingly reflected in the overall appearance of the building.
Continuity rather than sudden changes
April does not bring any major shift in direction but confirms the continuous and systematic progress of the works. Construction is proceeding according to plan, with individual parts of the project continuing to come together.

For now, only dozens of people working on the construction of the new Myslivna are enjoying this view – we have completed the rough roof structure of the rooftop restaurant, which will offer a panoramic view of Brno’s landmarks, including Špilberk Castle, Petrov, and the Brno Exhibition Centre. In the lower floors, the surrounding nature is already beginning to reflect in the glazed surfaces. Work continues both inside and outside.
